Privacy Policy

This policy covers richcastleberry.com. It explains what information the site collects, where that information goes, and how to get it removed. If anything here is unclear, call (801) 906-3657 or email [email protected] and ask.

What this site collects

What you type into the contact form. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and any message you write. Nothing else on the form is collected, and the form is the only place on the site that asks you for anything.

Standard server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records the usual request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. These logs are not linked to you and are not used for advertising.

There is no account to create, no password to store, no saved-search history, and no analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

Where your form submission goes

When you submit the contact form, it is sent to a customer-relationship system used to manage enquiries so that Rich can follow up with you. It is not published anywhere on this site and it is not sold.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and does not use analytics, advertising, or remarketing cookies.

Two third parties are loaded on some pages and may set their own cookies or see your IP address:

• Google Fonts — typefaces are served from Google, so Google receives the request for those files.
• Google Maps — the map embedded on the contact page is loaded from Google and may set cookies when it does.

Both are governed by Google's own privacy policy. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser will not break anything on this site except the embedded map.

Calls, texts, and email

If you give your phone number, you are agreeing to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consenting to messages is never a condition of buying or selling a home.

Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not messages that are part of a transaction you are already in.

Who your information is shared with

Your information is not sold. It is shared only:

• with the service providers that run the site and the enquiry system — the host and the CRM described above, and only so they can provide that service;
• with CENTURY 21 Everest where a transaction requires it;
• where the law requires it, such as a subpoena or a lawful request from a government agency.

Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Getting your information removed

Email [email protected] and ask to see, correct, or delete what is held about you. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and reasonable safeguards are in place to protect what you send. No website can promise perfect security, and this one does not.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information, email [email protected] and it will be deleted.

Where your information is held

This site is operated from the United States and information submitted through it is stored there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
